Andrea Abella Marie Coaching (“Andrea,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit coachandreaabellamarie.com or engage with our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect only the information needed to communicate with you, deliver services, and fulfill purchases. Specifically:

• ◆Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, subject, and the message you write.
• ◆Shop purchases — name, email, billing and shipping address, and payment metadata (last four digits of the card, brand). Full payment card numbers are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• ◆Pathfinder Quiz — the quiz is fully client-side and does not collect or transmit personal information.
• ◆Coaching engagements — intake forms, session notes, and email correspondence shared in the course of working together.
• ◆Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and basic site reliability. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising pixels.

• ◆To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
• ◆To deliver coaching sessions, energy healing sessions, the RISE Apprenticeship, and any other services you purchase.
• ◆To process payments and fulfill shop orders.
• ◆To send transactional emails (receipts, scheduling, session follow-ups) and, where you have opted in, occasional newsletter content.
• ◆To keep records for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes.
• ◆To meet our legal obligations and protect against fraud, including chargeback disputes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers.

We rely on the following processors to operate the business. Each is bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

• ◆Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions and service-related notifications.
• ◆GoHighLevel (GHL) — customer relationship management; contact form leads are forwarded to our CRM via secure webhook.
• ◆Stripe — payment processing for the shop and any online service purchases. Stripe stores payment card data on PCI-compliant infrastructure.
• ◆Printful — fulfillment of physical shop products. Your name and shipping address are shared with Printful to ship your order.
• ◆Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

We use only essential cookies necessary for the site to function (such as session cookies during checkout). We do not use marketing, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

Our services are not intended for, marketed to, or available to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

We retain contact form submissions, coaching records, and transaction history for as long as needed to deliver services and to meet our tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations — typically seven years for paid engagements. You may request earlier deletion of inquiries that did not result in a paid engagement.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), limited internal access, and reliance on PCI-compliant payment infrastructure via Stripe. No internet transmission is ever 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
