Refund Policy
EFFECTIVE MAY 18, 2026
All Sales Are Final.
Because coaching and energy work are intangible, time-based services delivered the moment a session is held or a billing cycle begins, payments to Andrea Abella Marie Coaching are non-refundable. This page sets out the policy for each offering, the chargeback waiver you agree to at purchase, and the limited goodwill exceptions Andrea may make at her sole discretion.
Why This Policy Exists
Andrea reserves time, holds space, and prepares for each client well in advance of every session. Coaching containers and energy work involve preparation, presence, and energetic commitment that cannot be returned once given. Once a session is booked or a monthly cycle begins, the work has effectively been delivered — there is no inventory to restock and no product to return.
Coaching Containers
- Foundation Support — $555/month. Billed monthly in advance. Non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing us before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.
- Deep Healing Container — $1,250/month. Same terms as Foundation Support. Non-refundable. Cancel future renewals anytime in writing.
- VIP Healing & Mentorship — $2,500/month. Non-refundable. Cancel future renewals in writing before the next billing date.
Single Sessions
Single sessions ($333, when available) are non-refundable once booked. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ written notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Health Cost Buffer
Health Cost Buffer sessions ($75 per session) and the monthly retainer ($300/month) are non-refundable. The monthly retainer may be canceled in writing before the next billing date to stop future charges; the current month remains due.
RISE Apprenticeship™
The RISE Apprenticeship™ is application-based and requires acceptance into the program. Tuition is non-refundable once accepted. Specific tuition, payment schedule, and any program-level deferral options are confirmed in writing in the apprenticeship engagement letter.
Physical Products (Shop)
Shop merchandise is fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, and handcrafted items ship directly from Andrea. For physical products:
- Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund the affected portion of your order, at our discretion, at no cost to you.
- Change of mind. Print-on-demand items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return based on change of mind, size preference, or color preference. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
- Lost in transit. If a tracked shipment shows no movement for more than 30 days from the ship date, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
Chargeback Waiver
By purchasing any service or product, you agree that you will not initiate, encourage, or participate in a credit card chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute in connection with services you have authorized and that have been rendered, or with products that have been shipped in accordance with this policy.
If you have a concern, contact us first at andrea8466@icloud.com. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. You agree to indemnify and reimburse us for the disputed amount, any chargeback or processing fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred.
Goodwill Exceptions
In extraordinary circumstances — documented illness, bereavement, or other significant life events — Andrea may, at her sole discretion, offer a session credit, a transfer of unused sessions within the same package term, or a partial credit toward future services. These exceptions are not entitlements and are not granted for change of mind or dissatisfaction with results. To request a goodwill exception, email us with the details of your situation.
